About the Doctor:
Dr. Mittal, an esteemed Interventional Cardiologist, graduated from Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, Tamil Nadu, in 2018, where he was awarded the Dr. George Cherian Gold Medal for finishing at the top of his class. After completing his DM, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Cardiology at CMC for two years. Thereafter, he joined SGRRIMHS & SMI Hospital, Dehradun, where he served for another two years.
He comes from a family of dedicated doctors. He is the son of Dr. CK Mittal and Dr. Jyotsna Mittal, renowned physicians who have served the Ambala Cantonment community for over 40 years. Dr. Mittal has performed over 3,000 cardiac procedures and over 6,000 echocardiographic studies (for both paediatric and adult patients). His specialties include:
