We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Pediatrician to join our growing Pediatric team. The selected candidate will work alongside our existing Pediatric Hematology & Oncology specialist, providing comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents.

The role will involve routine pediatric care as well as the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team caring for children with hematological and oncological conditions.

Qualification Requirements

MBBS | DCH/Diploma in Pediatrics | MD/DNB (Pediatrics)

Candidates at the early stage of their pediatric careers are preferred and encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses, infections, and medical conditions.
  2. Conduct routine health check-ups, growth and developmental assessments, and preventive care.
  3. Provide appropriate treatment and follow-up care for pediatric patients.
  4. Monitor immunization schedules and counsel parents regarding vaccinations and child healthcare.
  5. Assess and manage common pediatric emergencies and provide timely medical intervention.
  6. Work closely with the existing Pediatric Hematology & Oncology specialist in the management and follow-up of pediatric patients.
  7. Participate in the care of children with hematological and oncological conditions as part of the pediatric team.
  8. Educate parents and caregivers regarding nutrition, hygiene, growth, development, and disease prevention.
  9. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established clinical protocols.
  10. Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
  11. Maintain a child-friendly, compassionate, and reassuring environment for patients and their families.

Skills & Competencies

  1. Strong clinical knowledge of pediatrics and general medicine.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills with children and their parents.
  3. Compassionate, patient, and child-friendly approach to patient care.
  4. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
  5. Willingness to learn and develop skills in pediatric hematology and oncology care.
